Ingredient List and Amount used: 6 jumbo egg whites
2 cups of shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup Almond Flour
1 tsp of Baking Soda
pinch of salt
additional spices, black pepper, red pepper, onion powder

Recipe instructions: In a food processor combine all of the ingredients until well mixed. Add in the egg whites one at a time and blend between each one until you have a slightly thick but pourable batter. Coat your seafood on both sides and deep fry in coconut oil on medium high heat until done.

General Comments : This batter will work for just about any seafood or vegetables like squash, onions, mushrooms, etc.
