Ingredient List and Amount used: 1/2 cup of Almond flour
1 cup of Fresco cheese crumbled
salt

Recipe instructions: in a food processor combine ingredients until a dough forms. Roll out between to pieces of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick. Remove the top layer of parchment carefully and bake at 450 for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to 250 and continue to bake until firm. Remove from the oven and cut into appropriate sizes and place on a cookie cooling rack and return to the oven until golden brown. As they cool they will become crispy.

General Comments : I would consider adding in some sesame seeds or poppy seeds for added flavor although they are very good like they are.
