Recipe Name: Work Out Cake (Chocolate)

Ingredient List and Amount used: 3 jumbo eggs
1/2 cup of Splenda (or suitable sweetener)
1/2 cup of Erythritol (or suitable sweetener)
1 cup of Almond flour
1 cup of Low Carb Whey Protein powder (approx 8 scoops)
1/4 cup of cocoa
1 cup of melted coconut oil
4 oz of softened cream cheese
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp of Baking Soda
pinch of salt
1/4 cup of ground Flax Seed
1/4 cup of psyllium husk powder (makes it lofty, optional)
Recipe instructions: Cream all of the liquid ingredients and the sweeteners together, beat well. Mix in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour the batter out quickly into a well greased 9 x 13 cake pan and bake at 350 f for nearly 30 minutes or until the center pops back when pressed in.
General Comments : Add some walnuts for a special treat.
Note the nutritional values are not inclusive of the sweeteners nor the Psyllium husk powder
