Ingredient List and Amount used: 3 pounds of Chicken thighs 2 cups of Heavy Cream 2 cups of Shredded Parmesan Cheese Sliced Pepperoni to cover the Chicken Spices, Salt, Pepper, Rosemary, Garlic, Onion, Thyme, Parsley, Red Pepper,

Recipe instructions: Lay the chicken thighs in a deep heavily greased baking dish. Pour in the 2 cups of heavy cream and turn the chicken over to get them fully coated. Add the spices, the pepperoni and then a layer of the Parmesan cheese on top. You can bake this right away at 400 for 45 minutes, but the chicken does better if allowed to rest in the refrigerator over night.

General Comments : When you plate it up be sure to pour the cheesy drippings in the backing dish over top of the chicken thighs. We usually have this along with a salad and call it dinner.
