Ingredient List and Amount used: 4 scoops low carb protein powder 1 cup of Almond Flour 1 cup of ground flaxseed 3 eggs 1 cup of melted coconut oil 1 cup of mixed pecans/walnuts/almond slivers 1/2 cup of cocoa 1 cup heavy Cream 1/2 tsp baking soda and baking powder pinch of salt 1 cup Erythritol or other artificial sweetener

Recipe instructions: Mix well with a beater all of the ingredients except for the nuts and melted coconut oil. Stir in the nuts and melted coconut oil and spread out in large parchment lined cookie sheet, mine is 13 x 17 inch, so you may need two cookies sheets. Bake at 350 for approx 20 minutes or until it springs back in the center when pressed with your finger.

General Comments : This recipe can be cut in half, I would suggest using 2 eggs medium eggs instead of 3 jumbo eggs. Goes really well with a cup of coffee for breakfast if your tired of the egg routine.
