Ingredient List and Amount used:

3/4 cup of Almond Meal
1/4 cup of ground flaxseed
3 tabs of butter

Recipe instructions: Combine the Almond Flour and ground flaxseed together and mix well. Separate into two equal amounts, this represents 2 servings. Boil 1 cup of water with 3 tabs of butter and some salt. Slowly stir in the almond flour flaxseed mix and simmer until desired thickness.  The recipe calls for an amount that is easily measured but it represents 2 servings.  

General Comments : Add in some pecans, walnuts to the boiling water to add some variety.
