Ingredient List and Amount used: 12 eggs yolks, whites removed 3 cups of heavy whipping cream 1 cup of Erythritol 1/2 cup of Splenda Tsp of Vanilla 1/2 cup of cocoa pinch of salt

Recipe instructions: Bring the heavy whipping cream to a boil under medium heat. Whip together the remainder of the ingredients. After the heavy cream comes to a boil slowly drizzle the hot cream into the eggs while keeping the mixer running. You are tempering the eggs and want to avoid cooking the eggs. Submerse the mixing bowl in an ice bath till cold enough to put into your ice cream maker.
