Ingredient List and Amount used: 3 eggs

8 oz cream cheese warmed

1/2 cup Splenda

2.5 cups Almond Flour

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Pinch of salt

Tsp of baking soda Small container Blackberries chopped,

1/2 cup 3/4 cup walnut pieces Tsp Vanilla

Recipe instructions: Cream the eggs, cheese, splenda, then add the almond flour, salt, baking soda, blend well, then add the coconut oil and blend some more. I then folded in the blackberries and walnuts. Spread it out in a 12 x 12 cake pan and bake at 350 for almost 30-45 min.

General Comments : Frosting was a 50/50 mix of cream cheese and heavy cream whipped and sweetened with Splenda. Nutritional information does not include frosting. Alternate artificial sweeteners can used, Sweeten to taste.
