Sandwich Buns

Ingredients and amounts

6 eggs

½ cup of cheese shreds

1 cup of almond flour

1 rounded teaspoon Baking Soda

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Pinch of salt

Spices, onion and garlic powder

Place all of the ingredients in a good quality blender except for the apple cider vinegar and blend on high till well mixed. Have your bun molds ready or you can bake this as a flat bread on a cookie sheet. Pour in the apple cider vinegar and blend on high for about 10-20 seconds, immediately transfer to the bun molds or cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 15-17 minutes or until brown on top.

Comments: For a different flavor you can replace half of the cheese shreds with ¼ cup of sour cream and omit the apple cider vinegar.
