Thin Crusted Chicken Pizza

1.5~2.0 pounds of raw chicken breast
1~1/2 cups of parmesan cheese shreds, real thing
Salt, pepper, italian seasoning

Grind all of the above ingredients in a food processor.  Roll out thin in a large cookie sheet.  Bake at 450 for apporx 20 minutes.  Add your toppings and then place under broiler
